This session lead by Heather Fox, Trauma Informed Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, will focus on manifesting our hearts desires using somatic breath work, guided meditation, vibrational frequency and Reiki Energy Healing on the most potent day of the year for manifestation. If this is your first event with Grounded Balance you will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival.  Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga or meditation mat, blanket, pillow and journal if you desire to write any thoughts after the session. Optional ceremonial tea will be served.
