Learn to implement into your own routines a customized home-based program, incorporating muscle strengthening and balancing activities while incorporating somatic exercises, breathwork and meditation. We will discuss lifestyle modifications and incorporate nervous system regulation so that you can engage in living life to its fullest.

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel by 12pm on the previous day to your appointment or $50 charge. No shows will be charged for the full session. If you arrive late your session may be shortened based on our schedule.
