In a small private ceremony, Heather Fox, Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, will guide you through a relaxing meditation and then perform Reiki Energy Healing on each attendee while you relax, and align. Please arrive on time out of respect for all attendees. You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga or meditation mat, blanket, pillow, and journal.
