As we connect with this powerful Goddess energy, we find liberation from old patterns that no longer serve us and we gain the courage and inspiration to become more of who we were meant to be on a deep, rich, soul level.

Woven with ancestral feminine wisdom and both ancient and modern practices, we will honor various spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Christianity, Native American, and Hinduism. Our various practices of breath work, Yoga, meditation, Dance, Cacao Ceremony, and more will assist us in healing what lies in the shadows of these energies and will empower us into activating and realizing those gifts within our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls.
